EAT THESE FOODS AND SPICE UP YOUR SEX LIFE...

One of the many concerns about couples these days is their sex life...I am no expert in giving remedy but i just feel some little basics could actually bring the spark into our sexual lives...we should not take it too seriously like some Doctorate examination at Harvard...I believe that because its divinely created by God, then, we can get the answers naturally..

I stumbled on some healthy tips online and i decided to share it with you guys...Do you know there are some foods that can truly do the magic and that is why a balanced diet is always good at all times...Eat healthy and you will see great results in your sex life...Endeavor to eat the following foods and you can drive all the way to climax..

The first is watermelon - This refreshing summer fruit is rich in L-citrulline, an amino acid that helps improve blood flow to the sexual organs. It’s like Nature’s Viagra -  without the side effects. L-citrulline optimizes blood flow in the body by first converting to L-arginine and then to nitric oxide, which is involved in dilation of the blood vessels. Low levels of nitric oxide are associated with mental and physical fatigue and sexual dysfunction.

The second is Dark Chocolates - Dark chocolate’s many benefits are well documented, including its ability to mimic the sensation of being in love. Few people will argue with the fact that chocolate makes one feel really good. Peanuts -  are great libido boosters, especially for men, as they are a rich natural source of L-arginine. This amino acid helps improve sexual function in men by relaxing blood vessels.
