WHERE IS THE INTEGRITY IN JAMB...?

Whenever i hear of JAMB, my heart ponders to the time i wrote it...Ofcourse, this is the only road that seemed to lead to that successful moment in life, which is what our parents, my parents and families preached about..I wrote the University JAMB twice before it dawned on me to try the Polytechnic aspect which granted me the Diploma in Mass Communication i have today...A diploma that has put me in the light of a talented Media Person...That is why i endorse Polytechnic study 100%....

Now, Its actually not a bad system to have a unified exam for Nigerians, which will put them through to any School of choice but the entire route is such a provocative one...There are so many questions unanswered...Let me start with the sale of forms which is not affordable even for some people..The Cut-Off Mark is a complete trash and we have the era of writing another exam to  finally get admission..This is totally unfair...

At the end of the day, so many graduates are turned out with so many having no clue about the field they graduated but all thanks to money deals, they got through school at the expense of those who desire it badly and yet they say there is unemployment but that's another issue for another time...I am very concerned about the service and integrity of JAMB....with a lot of debate over scrapping it...I totally support it because it has not helped at all, rather, the reverse is the case...

Must we all go through that shit to become somebody, i campaign for many alternative avenues to better the life of Nigerians..We really need to empower our technical area; who says there are no prospects in Plumbing, Auto Mechanics, Iron Molders and so on..despite the classroom lectures received by University Students, a lot cannot still prove their worth of a first class...so, why are we still wasting our time.

Our future is in our hands, I simply advise the young ones to learn a trade or make good use of their hands, if you can sing or act, find someone to tutor you and empower yourself because we all must not go to school and be taught by people who have not updated their brains in the last decade...How many lectures are received online or how many projects and class assignments are submitted online, Does your lecturer tweet about the next lecture hints...?

Let us face the truth...I am personally tired about our educational system, so i support the death of JAMB, It has actually done more harm than good, i see no reason why i must score 300 to gain admission into a top university...and how many of those 300 scorers can effectively give a meaningful write up about their career prospects in an hour..?

Even if our leaders and society have failed us...You are still standing and your future is right before you, not in the hands of JAMB...so, wake up and think before you take that leap...
