HANGING OUT AT THE CINEMA DOESN'T MAKE YOU HIP...

It was good news to our ears when Nigerians suddenly woke up to the cinema culture, just like those days back but in a more contemporary way, alongside shopping, lounging and more...It is still a great treat for families, friends or foes...LOL...yes, but do not let anyone make you less inferior if you have not stepped at the door of a cinema to view even a short film, though, i do pick on some colleagues who do not go the cinema, at least to relax their stressed mind...

I believe going to the cinema does not make you hip and I say that because there are certain people who do not have a good balanced etiquette when viewing a film..unfortunately, Ladies are more concerned here..Yes, I do enjoy the sarcasm, humor, laughter or tears being expressed when viewing a thriller but sometimes you need to seal up some mouth by your side.

Recently, I was at a cinema in Lagos to view Lagos Cougars, by the way, thumbs up to Emem Isong and Desmond Elliot for that beautiful flick...The girl that sat beside me was completely lousy but i guess she felt hip and cool by that attitude..she talked all through the film, she did more analysis with the individual character rather than the role and story...

That is just one of the everyday scenes we encounter at the cinema and most girls or guys feel hip hopped going to the cinema, holding a pack of pop corn, a drink, a girl by your left and right...and I don't mean a date...This is not beefing defined but some of us just want to have a good time at the cinema without the unnecessary noise from some random people..remember, the cinema does not make you HIP...
